1. Introduction

TespDev is a software development team providing services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Web application design and development
• Mobile application development
• Business management systems
• Event technology solutions
• Digital transformation consulting
• System maintenance and upgrades

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, submitting a contact form, or using any TespDev service, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into transactions
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will not use the website for unlawful purposes

3. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, images, interface design, text, source code, icons, documents, and videos—is owned by TespDev or used under valid license.

5. Quotations and Contracts

Cost, timeline, and scope of work will be confirmed through official quotations, contracts, and appendices (if any).

Contract terms take precedence if they differ from website content.

6. Software Development Services

For software projects:

• Both parties will agree on scope before implementation
• Changes outside the initial scope may incur additional costs
• Progress depends on the client providing complete information, documents, and timely feedback
• Source code ownership will be defined in each project contract

7. Event Systems

For Event Technology services:

• TespDev strives to keep systems stable throughout the event
• Clients are responsible for preparing required infrastructure (Internet, QR scanners, tablets, phones, power supply, etc.)
• TespDev is not liable for interruptions caused by power outages, Internet loss, third-party device failures, or force majeure events

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TespDev is not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by third parties, service interruptions beyond our control, or damages arising from misuse of instructions.

Total compensation liability (if any) shall not exceed the contract value between both parties, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to other websites.

TespDev is not responsible for the content, policies, or activities of those websites.

10. Information Security

Personal data collection and processing is carried out according to TespDev's Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension or Termination of Access

TespDev may refuse or suspend access if we detect behavior that:
